Return & Refund Policy

At Creative Coatings DTF, every transfer is custom printed to order. Because our products are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final, except as outlined below or where required by law.

Custom Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-approved designs, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, ordering mistakes, or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.

Each claim is reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their uploaded artwork is accurate, appropriately sized, and suitable for printing. Creative Coatings DTF is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted artwork.

Application Issues

Customers are responsible for following the provided heat-press application instructions. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper application, incorrect temperature or pressure, or unsuitable materials.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
