Creative Coatings DTF specializes in custom direct-to-film (DTF) transfers, including individual transfers and custom gang sheets.

All transfers are printed to order using artwork supplied or arranged by the customer.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products, but colors and appearance may vary due to differences in screen settings, artwork quality, printing processes, and materials.

Minor variations in color, positioning, or appearance that fall within normal printing tolerances may occur.

Product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Creative Coatings DTF.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel orders at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Orders are considered accepted once payment has been processed and we have confirmed acceptance.

Orders may be placed for personal use, business use, or commercial resale, provided such use complies with applicable laws and intellectual property rights.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout, including product sizes, quantities, uploaded artwork, and shipping information.

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue any refund required by applicable law.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Customer-Submitted Artwork

Customers are responsible for all artwork, designs, logos, images, text, and other materials uploaded or submitted through our website.

By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the artwork or have obtained the necessary permissions, licenses, or authorization to reproduce it.

• Your artwork does not infringe upon any third party's copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.

• Your artwork does not contain unlawful or otherwise prohibited material.

• You have reviewed your artwork for accuracy before submitting your order.

By uploading artwork, you grant Creative Coatings DTF a limited, nonexclusive license to reproduce, process, modify as technically necessary, and print the artwork solely to fulfill your order and perform related services.

You retain ownership of your original artwork and any intellectual property rights you lawfully hold.

Creative Coatings DTF does not claim ownership of customer-submitted designs.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders containing artwork that we reasonably believe violates intellectual property rights, applicable laws, or our business policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers are responsible for claims arising from artwork they submit without the necessary rights or permissions.

5. Artwork Quality and Printing Requirements

Customers are responsible for uploading artwork suitable for DTF printing.

Artwork should be submitted at an appropriate resolution, with accurate dimensions and a transparent background when required.

Creative Coatings DTF is not responsible for printing issues caused by:

• Low-resolution or pixelated artwork

• Incorrect dimensions or scaling

• Unwanted backgrounds or transparent areas

• Spelling mistakes or incorrect information

• Poor-quality source files

• Design elements that are too small or detailed to reproduce reliably

• Incorrect colors within customer-submitted artwork

Our online design tools may provide warnings or previews; however, these tools do not guarantee that artwork is free from errors or suitable for every application.

Customers are responsible for reviewing designs before completing an order.

We may contact customers regarding artwork concerns, but we are not obligated to inspect or correct every submitted file.

We reserve the right to place orders on hold when additional artwork information is necessary.

6. Heat-Press Application

Creative Coatings DTF supplies transfers intended for application using appropriate heat-press equipment.

Customers are responsible for following the application instructions provided with their transfers or published by Creative Coatings DTF.

Application results may vary depending on garment materials, equipment, temperature, pressure, pressing time, and application technique.

We are not responsible for damage or application failures caused by improper pressing methods, unsuitable materials, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Prices and Billing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize payment for purchases made through our website.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and address orders affected by such errors in accordance with applicable law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Creative Coatings DTF custom prints transfers to order.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time on business days typically ship the next business day.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays may require additional processing time.

Production and processing times may vary due to artwork concerns, order volume, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Estimated shipping transit times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Next-business-day shipping refers to when an order leaves our facility, not guaranteed next-day delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Any allocation of shipping risk or responsibility under these Terms is subject to applicable law.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because our products are custom printed to order, all sales are final except as described in our Return & Refund Policy or as otherwise required by law.

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for ordering mistakes, incorrectly selected sizes, customer-submitted artwork errors, or changes of mind.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, customers should contact us within seven days of delivery.

We review issues individually and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins.

Once an order enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and other materials created or owned by Creative Coatings DTF are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of customer-submitted artwork to Creative Coatings DTF.

The purchase of printed transfers does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, or other protected intellectual property.

11. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our website may utilize third-party tools and integrations, including Shopify, Antigro Gang Sheet Builder, and artwork upload applications.

These services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and technical limitations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party applications or design tools.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their submitted artwork and order details regardless of the tools used.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Coatings DTF is not responsible for interruptions or technical failures caused by independent third-party service providers outside our reasonable control.

12. Third-Party Links

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of independent third-party websites.

Accessing third-party websites is at your own discretion.

13. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and Services.

All purchases are made directly from Creative Coatings DTF, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders placed through our store.

Use of Shopify's platform may be subject to applicable Shopify terms and policies.
